System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception

I keep getting this error message, and i've checked over the list of what programs might interfere with DB but the only one i have is Discord, also tried with it uninstalled.

Loaded up the log file, they all look pretty much the same no matter how i twist and turn at the boot-up.
What am i missing?

Only Discord, but i have also tried uninstalling it to no luck.

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart
