System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception 에러 해결 하신 분 없나요?

4일 전부터 아래의 메세지와 함께 작동이 되지 않네요.
영문판으로 사용 했었다가 작동이 안되서 모두 재 설치 하고 다시 하니 한글로 나오더군요
32비트로 디아 실행 했고, 잘 사용 했었구요

DB나 디아 모두 재설치 해도 소용이 없네요.
