System.AccessViolationException

Hi Buddy-Team

today my HB-Installation crashes constantly with a System.AccessViolationException error.

Operating System: Windows 8

WoW Game Preferences
Display mode: Windowed
Graphics API : DirectX 9
Launch 32bit Client: yes
English (United Kingdom)

After it crashed - I've Download and Installed the latest HB to a seperate Folder.
No Plugins Installed, no Custom Combat Routines. It's just a complete clean Install.

Started both with Administratior-rights - same Error again.
Cleared WoW and HB-Cache, same error Again.

.Net installation state:
