Just a quick note: SWTOR lagging when I use Buddy Wing, 2 to 3 sec when in combat
is there something i can do to stop this in the setup?.. any help would be appriciated, thanks :)

Taken from Joe's info in his file:

Code:
* General Setup Notes for BuddyWing if you're having issues:
 * 1. BuddyWing .exe needs to run on it's own core, and run with a High priority.
 * 2. SWTOR.exe Processes need to run on an AboveNormal priority, on another core (reduces frame-locking lag, I won't go into that).

That tends to help people.

Its actually not code, so you don't have to monkey with anything. Simply open your computer task manager (usually using CTRL-ALT-DEL) And set BOTH of the SWTOR processes to High Priority. Usually this fixes the lag. If you have more lag, then set the Affinity of the processes to different cores. (In the same place as setting the priority)

They should add that advice to a readme.txt with the zip :P Makes a big differance

I've also noticed some areas just suck; so if it doesn't help enough, you might want to try somewhere else and see if it works better.
