I know this is not the best place to post this thread, but i really don't know what i must doto fix this problem
So i have win 7 x64 on my wmware, 5gb RAM, quad core. Buddywing runs pretty good, but swtor after launching stucks on black screen. I can hear ingame sounds, but game window is black. I tryed "alt+enter" tryed to change graphics setting in "client_setting.ini". But window is still black. If anyone can helm me with this, whisper me please. I'll be glad to any help. Thank you

I think you are on the right track it sounds like a windowed versus full screen issue. Have you tried deleting the settings completely?

Are you running dual monitors? If so delete settings and launch game with only 1 monitor turned on. Lastly you can make sure of the following:

client_settings.ini

Code:
D3DFullScreen = false
Height = 600
Width = 800
FullScreen = false

See if that at least gets you a window you can manipulate, if not, I'm of no further help, sorry.

doesn't work:( Anyway, thank you very much!

I had this issue, I could only get it to work with a 7x32 OS personally.
