Switching Combat Routines?

Sorry noob question, but all the combat routine checkboxes in settings are greyed out. How do I go about switching routines to a custom one or one that I download here on the forums?

If you've not found it yet, you can switch the current Routine from the main GUI, it's the second combo box listed.

The settings GUI will update to reflect the selection change, but you will need to change the selection to force the refresh from disabled -> enabled.
