Switch User - can you keep WoW running?

I am remoting into a machine to control one of my bots, but after I close the remote desktop - that machine switches to a Locked Session and then WoW disconnects.

Does anyone know if its possible to keep WoW running after doing a Switch User or Locking the screen?

Isn't it a setting for users? Keep programs running while logged out.. i think i've seen it before
