Sweeping Winds Maintain Stacks Option?

How do I get my bot to maintain stacks of Sweeping Winds? Currently he recasts Sweeping Winds right after it wears off, I'd like to recast before it wears off to maintain the stacks.

Maybe more options in Trinity could accommodate for this? Would love more control over sweeping winds for monks.
