replacement buddy key or fix key place

i want to swap my current honorbuddy that has not been working for the past 2 years for a working one


i been having alot of problem with my keys that no admin can help with.

i have had 2-3 admins including Tony try to resolve my problem, but to no luck.

I am a paying customer and just want a working product please. thank you.

So e-mail support mate. No one can help you from here. Make sure you include all receipts and keys when e-mailing them.
 
no.. it was bought from here.. didnt even know you can buy key from somewhere else. i had this key since 2012-2013

where can i find the ticket id? once i submit my problem to email i do not get a confirmation email or anything.

What does "that has not been working for the past 2 years for a working one" mean? What did not work with a key?
If you see it on buddyauth as active you can use it.
 
It is active on buddyauth, and it was working fine when i first purchased it. I stopped for a bit and went back to play WoW, but wasnt able to use HB anymore. When i try to use the key it says that it is invalid.

i dont think its my pc cause i can use my friends key fine, but mine does not work for some reason.
 
Are you from Germany? There are differente version of Honorbuddy for Germany and the rest of the world. The German version uses different keys. You are unable to use a classic Honorbuddy key from Germany.

Hi, Imnderurbed,

Please attach the full log where Honorbuddy is reporting the key as invalid. (A full log file will indeed be generated for this situation.) Perhaps, its a secondary problem like an exception being thrown that is the root cause.

Also, what was the status of your PM with Tony, and what did [email protected] tell you?

last ticket we received from your email was in April

there is no new ticket from you


from that communication we had,it turns that your keys works as it should (and still does) and for any technical issues you must use support issues section here on forums

i just submitted emails 1 week ago and a few days ago... why would i lie about that? maybe check your contact us ticket system to see if it works correctly?

you guys tell me the same thing every time, which doesnt really solve anything

like i mentioned a lot of times you guys told me it works, but when i use it it doesnt work... i can simply show you a video of my key not working, and then me using another key that then works perfectly fine.
 
there are no incoming emails from the email address you pm'ed me

our ticket system works as it should
