On how to use it to download other peoples SVN's? Or how to use it to make your own SVN folders and give a link to the HB Users to use your own built profiles?

They hard to setup? As you saw in my post when you directed me here. You saw what I was looking to do

To setup your own it can be tricky, and you will need a server 24/7 then

My server is built up around, a svn repo, jenkins to control some stuff, and a forum for issue tracking

ah alrighty. Then I will have to make just normal Forum post and do it that way LOL. I dont have the money for the server

No, you can use Google Code, they host for free
