Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation
-- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized ***** Programs ("Hacks") This suspension
happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized
***** program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally
not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to,
increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized
programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players
and superscede the intended limits of the game. Even if this behavior is the result of a third
party accessing the account instead of the registered user (for example, a friend, family
member, or leveling service) then the account can still be held responsible for the penalty
because of the impact it had on the game environment.

They are so full of crap when they email this out. I dont use hacks, this is the 2nd time they
tossed a 72 hour Suspenion at me, in less then a month.
I watch my bot most of the time.

If you've gotten more then 1 in a short amount of time.. you need to take a step back, look at your botting setup. Are you reading what others suggest/recommend about not flooding AH, about following your bot (watching it) for awhile to make sure its not getting stuck or showing obvious signs of being a bot....

And btw.. a bot IS a hack. My guess is your using the same battle.net account or your linking your botted accounts together somehow (same reg info, CC info and so forth).. Could be any number of things :)

I watch my BOT very closely I never leave it running while I sleep or leave the house, so yea I am pretty careful. It might be the Auction house that is getting me it’s the only thing I was doing a lot of.
To answer your question no I don’t have anything linked to my battle.net account I kept everything different I know the rules to the game.
And yes it could be as simple as a fellow guild member not knowing who I am but I think it falls back to the Auction house issue.

After a nasty email sent to Bliz support telling them what a joke they are. I get their copy and paste shit like this to everyone they feel may have altered their integrity of the game environment for which they take very seriously.
Greetings And Salutations!
Please take a few moments to look over the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use), which all players agree to upon initially logging into the game.

The Terms of Use state that you will not " modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Game Client or the Service in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard" or " use *****s, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the World of Warcraft experience"

Additionally, the Battle.net Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use) state that "You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you."

Due to a second thorough review of the circumstances involved in this account action, we have made the decision to modify the previously communicated penalty. This additional review took into consideration a variety of factors including the history and standing of this account. Please understand that should another incident arise in the future, it is possible that a different outcome will be reached.

Please review our in-game penalties policy (Blizzard Support) which states that "we must also factor in the severity of the infraction and how often the player has violated our policies in the past. Based on these factors, the penalty may be moved up the Penalty ********, up to and including Account Closure."
I have a copy and paste for you to Bliz support, “Screw You.”

i`ve used this bot for 1 year with no problems whatsoever ... let me give u a tip ... if u wanna go afk first test the profile from start to end. also the CC ur using make sure its one that dosnt act like a bot. i`ve met quite a few kiddies that make a habbit of "hunting" booters. they just follow u around and then they report you. but anyway my bot never gave me any trouble i allmoust ALLWAYS leave it afk .. i run it for 16 hours a day and honestly i would run it for 24/7 afk if the damn thing wouldnt crash my game from time to time. lol ... and another thing. i got reported like 1 month ago and 1 gm came to see if i`m a bot or something like that. he came and he left and i didnt got banned. one more tip, NEVER talk in game chat that u are boting they are monitoring ur chat most of the times. if u are accused by someone u are boting then just deny it best you can then /ignore the litle fk that bugs u.
