I got the message that I was suspended on the log in screen, but received NO email, and when submitting a ticket to Blizzard, I only received this response:
Thank you for your follow-up contact. An Email will be coming to you detailing the reasons why. In terms of appealing the action, an additional review of the previously communicated action taken against the World of Warcraft account on has been completed. Unfortunately, we have confirmed our initial findings. The account action will not be reversed or amended.

We base all of our actions on the severity of the violation, and take previous violations into consideration. This action has been taken in accordance with the Terms of Use (<http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/wow_tou.html>) and our In-Game Policies (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/20309), which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to participation <http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/20309%29%2c%20which%20all%20players%20acknowledge%20and%20agree%20to%20prior%20to%20participation>.

While we understand that you may disagree with some of the policies or conditions, the bottom line is that they allow us to maintain a fun and safe game environment.
In which I simply asked to receive the email as I STILL have not received one, and received this response (twice).

We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of our policies (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation), which all players accept before logging into the game.

As this issue has been reviewed by multiple representatives, it is now considered closed. If you have questions regarding a different license or issue, please feel free to contact us again. However, further inquiries regarding this issue will no longer receive a reply.
On my forum account (armory), when trying to post, the ban reason was: "N/A"
