How Do I Report A Bug Or Misconception?

Simple, follow these guidelines

Descripe the bug! Please go into details!
Every bug report without these steps above and a log file, will be ignored! Period.

Can I Contact You Personally?

  • No, not unless you have an interesting bug or something to say.
How long do you support this routine?

  • I HAVE to support this routine at least 18 months when released or up until a new expansion arrives. I signed an agreement with Bossland GmbH for that matter!
How long does it take for an updated version to be released?

  • An updated version has to be approved by the Bossland GmbH. It can take up to 3 business days for a new version to be approved. I have no influence on that matter.

are you going to offer some sort of trial period for your paid CCs? I think you it would be a good idea. Allowing people like myself to try your routines for a few days could possible increase your buyers. IE. I want to buy your DK one, but not unless I can actually play with it first. Thanks!

There are trials.

7 days for each rogue routine and 30 days for my death knight routine :)

I like to think that this is plenty of time to test and report bugs/misconceptions. And see how quick I can update.

A word on updates though; If I push a new release version it can take up to 3 business days for the update to get live.
This due to the fact that HB developers will check the code and then either approve or decline it.

Ah, i didn't, my bad.

The only thing stopping me from purchasing it is that fact i want an all in one similar to demonic/portal etc. Will definitely purchase it for a little more when the store works it out!

Is not working for me with 6.0.2 tested with enyo, just stands there and does nothing. Store post says it is updated for patch?
 
Update:
With the current HB release the routines are broken as hell.
They're only partially usable and thus I'll not upload an update unless a stable HB release is pushed.

For those interested:
- SpellManager.ClickRemoteLocation(WoWPoint point) is broken
- Backstab and Anticipation is not recognized
- Botevents fire issues
- Settings issues
and a ton more that I prolly missed.

I hope to get a stable HB this week.
