Hey, so my hunter has problems...BM is working fine , but survival is buggy as an old matress.. i think black widow is bugging iverything. meaning it will auto attack unless i hit blackwidow then goes through rotation till its off cooldown. i think anyway. using tuan paid. this problem is same with alll profiles eg apexis grinds to farming firelands.View attachment 15484 2015-11-09 19.31.txt

Well looking at your log it deffo isn't casting Black arrow, even though you called it black widow 
I would try all the usual stuff, like re-installing the routine and using default settings. If that doesn't work then i would get in touch with tuhana himself.
