So lately I have been doing botting in many different instances, and it has come to my big surprise that I actually found a lot of botters, and I'm not just guessing I'm 100% sure it was botters.

I was doing an instance in Hellfire Ramparts I watched TV while my bot was doing the work, and realized that two other people on my party was (DPS) was going the exact same route like me it looked so bottis and had to play that instance human. After a while the exact same thing happened it was just one death knight following the same route as me while playing.

I did not report any because I think it's wrong to do so when I bot to, but I was just surprised to see so many

It's a ridiculously large number these days. It's because Blizzard is limited in the way it can detect botting... and because HB Dev Team is Very talented.
The only thing Blizzard could do to combat the bot, was to Sue the business owner. Now it's just a matter of time before we find out if a massive company can be won over by one man (and all their lawyers in between).
But yeah, I normally just let it happen. Bots will be bots, as long as I'm doing good deeps, why should the tank complain?

This is a great example of what I've said before... it would be great if the program allowed the bot to have some randomization within it's routes... we need to be able to give a hotspot +/- 5 yards in a profile, and other things like that so we don't have 3 bots following each other in a conga line. (If you have 2 bots following the same profile with +/- 5 yards in each hotspot it would look like 2 people following approx the same path, but since they weren't in a conga so to speak, it would look far more human like). In a BG, you change that to +/- 10 yards for an area and it would be harder to pick out which were the bots, especially if they continue to increase speed for targeting and attacking the enemy and 'rounding curves' (one thing I hate is watching these bots do 120+ degree turns on a dime - I'm sorry but almost no humans do that).

It just would be really nice if the bots were harder to spot, even by us.

I do all movement holding right mouse in, and hitting "w". I still can't look like a bot. I try, but it just makes more sense to jump on each corner!
Lol, imagine how tired your Avatar is?

I'm similar - use my left hand to hold the right mouse button (I left mouse at home since I'm left handed) and hold the up arrow or hit the contious run command - I added a button near the arrows so I can click it when I am running or flying a distance - then I just have to adjust with the mouse when necessary... but using that, I almost always round a corner... never flip 90+ degrees instantly like the bots do. To me, that is just one of the really easy way to spot a bot...

I also like jumping down big hills, and while holding both mouse buttons (meaning running straight in the direction you are looking) and spinning around as fast as possible. Looks pretty funny on huge mounts when other people do it with you. We had like 10 guys on Mammoths doing it off the org bank back in the day when it was in front of the AH. Then we had 30 or so. Good times.

i though if you do instance while using lazyraider, you have to do all the movement, by such, it will never look like a bot and no 2 people will walk the same route.

Yeah but most ppl use lazyraider when they reached 85 and instancebuddy before that.

Instancebuddy runs a path through the instance for you, with lazyraider it just does all combat stuff, like casting for you. once out of combat the bot just looks to see if buffs are up.

Never used instancebuddy, lol. But love lazyraider. And i can see what you mean by moving on the same path.
