Somebody I can clearly answer what is going on?
 
Fgame, did you PM Tony your ticket number? He is one of the support that helps with the support emails as well. Granted sometimes the staff get overloaded with a bunch of things, but Tony is a solid moderator, give him some time to look into it for you.
 
Excellent, just bare with him as he is a pretty popular guy and gets quite a bit of stuff done :)
 
It is full of horror .... besides that I was waiting for 2 days, and now I was given a key to 1 month. I paid for the key in which it is written on 1 year .... no words
What happens to you guys? you celebrate on the day of birth?

Hey there, I am encountering the same problem. Bought my key on 14.02. and it still hasn't arrived.

It is Order #54879 and I wrote a support ticket as well (Your request (#166270) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.)

Would be great if you could check as well.
