Support or Lack thereof

The lack of support and lack of responses to these threads is really starting to get to me. I think there needs to be some cleaning of sort, of all the plugins etc, that are not being updated anymore.

Stuckhelper was by far the most helpful addon for any profile because it blows HB's stock stuck help. But it does not load with the new HB update.

Also, Kick's profiles are under tested profiles, but I am having clear issues with them working properly. FPs are broken, quest turn ins are bugged and the running into walls has gotten worse with HB's new update.

I love HB, I think it is by far the best BOT, and I have tried them all. Butt he support really needs to step it up.

ok well heres the thing, if your having issues with a profile, that falls on the profile creator, if your getting bugged out a at particular flight point, you need to post in the profiles thread, and see if the profile creator can do something about it.

if you think a project is dead or is no longer being maintained, send a pm to the person who created the thread and see if you get a response back, its the plugin, CC or profile Creators job to update and work on their own projects. if theres no response from the person after a normal amount of time, report the post its that little triangle icon with the Exclamation point inside of it. and let us know that the project isnt being maintained anymore. and we will try and talk to the person our selves or move it to the archives section. We cannot update peoples projects for them, and we cannot force people to update their projects.
if your having issues that are honorbuddy issues report them in the support thread, where youll get a lot of people to chime in and try and help you. when you do so please include a Full log as an attachment and a detailed description of the issue and we will help you work though it. And dont forget to use the Search function and the wiki to find information about your issue.

Im not flaming but your right and wrong, there is support but a very lack of communication, i understand the dev's cant reply to every post about a bugg report but they could atleast open a new thread about what thing's there fixing and a time scale of how long it could take for a new HB fix release, since the mixed mode and BgBot has been on the back bone and has been very un-stable for some time (same with IB and it's still being bundled into every HB release), it took 3 week's for this release and they confirmed both of them bugg's were fixed yet there in more of a un-stable state with this release. (dont say they cant fix it without log's, hundred's of log's are spammed everywere in every HB release stating these bugg's)

Dev's i think it would be alot easier to push out a HB release everytime a bugg is fixed and build a auto-updater, not push out a soo called stable release every 2-3 week with a pile of new stuff in it when old buggs have not been fixed and fully tested which makes the HB release look like a pile of garbage because it's more un-usable then the previous release.

99% of issues with my profiles are:

User Issues (95%)
Nav Issues (3%)
Behavior issues (1%)

Profile:
Profile issue (1%)

I noticed that you didn't:

1) explain your issues thoroughly
2) attach logs.txt of any kind
3) give details of what the bot is doing wrong thoroughly

here's what you're saying:
my car is broked. step up your game (car maker company)...

^^^ This will get you no where. I know you're frustrated, but if you want assistance, you have to help me help you. Follow the instructions on how to post a bug report before posting to ensure help is acquired.

I also checked *all* of your posts, you have never posted in any of my threads that you're having issues. The only "issue" you've ever had was that you couldn't find the profile... which means that you didn't read the first post thoroughly
