Hi.

I've tried sending a support email to solve an issue, and a guy named Joro marked it as solved, without reply whatsoever to it.

I then opened it again, asked for clarification and communication, and the request was just deemed as "solved" again, without as much as a word.

#86161 is the request number - please send me a PM about as to why I'm getting no response, and being shut off.

How does this help me? I've opened the ticket twice, but it keeps just getting solved? I hear you Toni, but what the hell can I do if I just get marked "solved" without an answer for the 3rd time?
 
Finally got a reply after reopening the ticket for the third time from Jorro:

There;s no need of answer about your request, you're fraudulent customer for us, also you won't be able to buy a product ever again.

Wow. Amazing service right there. Even after I've been very detailed about the entire process, and not intentionally wanting to be a fraudulent customer. I just went about the refund the wrong way, and asked G2S for a refund on paypal. They did not reply for over a week, so I had paypal assist me on the process, and they refunded me (I assumed they had contact).

I'm shocked that the only response I get is the above; even when the whole thing is based on an error - maybe from my part. I'm not sure this is how business is supposed to be handled.

I've been here for years, even actively shared profiles to aid people, and bought tons of products, demonbuddy and honorbuddy - and this is the service I get when something goes wrong? You've been a helpful guy Tony over the years; can you make sure you reply back to my email - otherwise I'll have to go through paypal tomorrow and report every transaction made as fraud from your side - cos fuck no I'm letting you keep my money for all transactions, if this is the customer service I'm getting.

I'm assuming Jorro is having a bad day.

PS: I even tried "Live Chat" with the G2S company which didnt bother with a reply for 40minutes, let alone not responding to my emails during the process.

I'm clueless what to do then - Cos Joro is acting like the rudest and least customer friendly person around. Searching the forums, I can see that tons of people are complaining about the same thing.

It most likely means I'll have to open disputes and claims for every order made with you, and report it as fraud, cos this is NOT customer service :(

This blows Tony - I was hoping that you could do something, as you usually help out with trouble. But I hear you - sorry it is like this.

#86161 is the first one

and #86453 is the 2nd one - the one started with you, but now Joro has taken it over, and I just got "How will you rate..." on that one aswell.

I'm very open to getting this worked through properly.

Furthermore, I can tell you that I bought a new key to use when the other one was fraudulent, but signed it up with a wrong email. I instantly contacted G2S to get it refunded, but they did not get back to me yet (again). How do you want me to procede with it, to avoid doing it wrong and apparantly turning into a fraudulent customer, as Joro put it? I even bought another 1 month license to use, while I get it fixed (cos it was my mistake). Goes to show, imo at least, that I have no intention of scamming you for money as Joro so kindly put it.

I bought a new key. Used it for 2 days. Then that, and the 1 month trial key I also bought meanwhile this was going on, is also shut down again for fraudulence.

I'm sorry to take it here (again!), but you really have some work to do on your customer service, which I'm hoping will shine through at some point..
 
I can see I've been refunded the buy though - but still annoying it happend. I did not open a dispute, nor ask for a refund on this buy. So I'm curious as to why it has been refunded and marked as fraudulent - as I was promised I could buy a key and end this controverse.
 
Just close this thread Tony - I've been warned about talking with you here, will give me a forum ban. So yeah. Thanks for the help so far though - I bought a new key, again, and hopefully I'm done with customer service now.
