Alright so I fired up Honorbuddy on a new mage, no BoA's, no gold, nothing. I ran it overnight for just shy of 8 hours and came back to find that it was only level 21?!?!?!

Is this the normal speed for leveling using QuestBot on HonorBuddy?

I am using kick's with Millz Portal Premium. Also had LogMeOut on just in case.

When I woke up and checked on it, the bot was just standing there, while quest mobs were running around it. I have also noticed that it has had a few issues with facing. It would attack, cast frost nova then attempt to cast facing the wrong direction while the mob would beat it's head in.

Here's a copy of the log, maybe you guys can figure out what's wrong?

Well, not sure about the 21 levels in 8 hours is "normal", but i DO know that it takes about 60-72 for the bot to get to level 100. What char are you leveling? cause that is kinda important to know ^^

Oh, mage, i see. Well, again, dont know about the level/hour, but when i botted my mage, it also took a long time. mage, warlock, priest and rouges are the classes that takes the longest to level, atleast from my experience.

Hi, Beastlybot, and thanks for the log.

Eight hours to level 21 sounds about right to us for a new caster toon with no bonus XP perks. See "How long does it take to get to 100?" for some data points regarding leveling speed in the profile thread.

Kamanori has made a good point. Not all classes level at the same rate, and casters are the slower ones. A non-caster might've been about 30mins faster to 21. Casters also tend to die a bit more than the heartier classes.

Your bot is also mis-configured causing the toon to 'stand around' a fair bit of time:
[15:04:35.100 D] [Portal] We have no food/drink. Waiting to recover our health/mana back

You need to open the Honorbuddy Settings & Tools and arrange to have the mage buy 20 food and 20 drink. You will need to leave it like this until the mage learns to conjure food. This might've cost another 30mins, and it affects higher levels more than lower ones.

Toon bag size can also affect leveling rate signifcantly. Smaller bags require the toon to leave the hunting grounds more frequently, as it goes back to town to mail and sell.
Bags [TOTALS: (7 normal + 0 speciality) = 7 free / 28 total slots]:

And one last point...
If you are questing, Singular is going to be your best choice of Combat Routine. It handles tons of boundary conditions that other CRs just don't. This will result in your toon being less likely to get 'stuck' somewhere.

You might also find this resource helpful (which is also in your Honorbuddy installation directory):

cheers & welcome aboard,

Ya I switched back to the default CR, and it seemed to run better. I didn't think about the no food/drink part. I'll give it a shot tonight when I fire it up again for the night. I'm trying to keep the play time(s) pretty much between the same hours as to not raise suspicions. That and I play my main account during the day lol.
