Super low frame rates in raids.

I'm having a issue where when HB is running my CR in a raid my frame rate will drop to 5 fps to where the game is unplayable, in 5 man I have 0 issues with FPS, but as soon as I step into a big raid such as NH on a fight like the first boss when the add's come out I drop to 5 fps and can not even move. I have tried setting everything as low as I can for raids but its not making any change the only was fps picks up is when I turn HB off. I can shut it down mid fight and watch fps pick right back up to normal. log attached

Just did that frame rate still got into the 14/15 fps but still playable and didn't do to bad of dps LOL log attached

switch to dx9 and set wow process on a higher than normal priority
