Super laggy/Low tickrates

Hi guys. Lately i have been getting super low tickrates and alot of visible lag ingame with DB/Trinity.

I read on the forums about some sort of a fix by removing the Lazyrider code in the plugin.cs but i am using the latest version of trinity and i cant find any code of that sort.

What do i need to do to get the tickrates up again?

Any help is much apreciated

Set tps modification to 30, restart bot.

Got the same problem stuck at 3-8 ticks :S 1 hour ago it was at 20 ;S

TPS modification does not help.

Tickrate is still stuck at like 5-7 and i keep getting theese;

[Trinity][Performance] Execution of the block HandleTarget took 285.73ms.

Same problem. Although with mine the tickrate fluctuates between 10 and 12.

same problem and my pc is good it must be some code in the bot that does that
