Sumptuous Fur - Shivering Trench 700+-/hr *update*

update: added alternative spots, needs some testing by you :rolleyes:

Questing Profile

Not recommended during daytime since there are many players.

If you use singular, i recommend these settings:
Class Config -> Enemy Control ->
Pull Allowed set to "Always"
Pull More Count set to "7"
Pull More Target Type set to "All"

- Mobs are skinnable, not sure if it's worth it. Only to level up skinning quickly I guess.
- Fast respawn
- Vendor "should" sell grey stuff if your bags are full

Location: Frost Wolf - NPC - World of Warcraft


XP/HR: 0
Kills: 774 (773/hr)
Deaths: 0 (0/hr)
Loots: 630 (629/hr)
Honor Gained: 0 (0/hr)
BGs Won: 0 Lost: 0 Total: 0 (0/hr)

I ended up with 819 fur after an hour.

I fixed vendor issue, it now sells green+grey items and mails white items. (if you have it set up)
Your Garrison has to be level 3, no idea if it's gonna work otherwise.
It would be nice if someone could confirm that it works.

Alternative Spots:

1)

You can start it inside your Garrison (Horde). It "should" be fully afkable unlike the other spot. Feel free to share results :)

I can't tell if this one is full afkable since it's a questing area. You'd have to test it.

Great profile! I got about 800 furs under and hr with a lvl 100 disc priest. =D great job on this.
 
Ok thanks it is working. Its a little slow with skinning you wont achieve that many furs.But still a great profile thanks!
 
Thanks for submitting the content, ran this for 1 hour on my Hunter and gained around 200 fur. Not sure what we are doing different from eachother but thats quite a difference.

You probably ran the profile during daytime when many players were around, try it after midnight with pull more set to enabled and the amount to 5+ or so.

I'm very surprised by your results :confused: (unless you were skinning and had pull more disabled or something like that)

It was actually pretty empty, on a server where there is almost zero horde so had my alliance toon go there. Can i ask which class you were running this as?

I can say its a great profile and skinning the mobs is not worth it, because you lose way too much KPH. I'm sitting at around 695 KPH and after selling furs, greys, greens and blues (to AH) getting around 1600g/hr. Still no epics though.

P.S. I'm using Combat Puller plugin.
 
I run about 770 furs per hour here as well with a ilvl 635 frost dk. Usually run blood for most farms but howling blast just one shots these guys nice and easy. Furs still going for ~2.5g each on my high pop server, I only run it an hour or two at a time and always monitored though as I notice other players coming in wanting to farm this spot for quick furs for their tailoring dailies.

I also leveled skinning from 1-650 here in about 90 minutes one time, turned skinning off after that though (dropped me to about 500 furs per hour).

No epics at all (not sure 90s drop epics, probably but whatever) handful of blues that have sold for ~200g each as well as tons of greens (DE everything under 25g vendor value, vendor those). Including greys and everything selling, discount DE value of dust, averaging just under 2500g/hour here.

Like I said though, avoid running it un-monitored as there are other players around.

TL;DR: Hands down the best straight up Sumptuous Fur farming profile out there.

This could probably be the single drawback of the profile. I think lvl 90s are not included in BoE epic drop list.

I just got a berserkers windwrap from this profile. So yes, epics do drop here. (665 str cloak)
 
havet even been running this thing for 20 mins yet and i allrdy got a stack and 1/2 of the furs i have also gotten 4 greens and 1 blue :) i can easly see people with better gear than mine are gettin 800+ furs an hour

This is a truly amazing profile. However there are to issues that I've experienced. The first one is that mine doesn't sell greys and greens. It just entirely stops botting, and that's a bit sad. Also it would be nice if it could run up to the garrison and mail the furs so the bags doesn't get full.
