Suitable class for using with bot

Hi.

What class do you recommend for using with the bot as a beginner?
I started lvling an engineer with the bot today, as I read on the wildstar forums that an engineer is a good choice for solo play.
But the bot acts like the character is a melee char and always runs up to an enemy before attacking.
Does the bot support ranged classes or should I choose a melee class?

Another question:
Does already autoequip work?
And if yes, which role numbers represent which roles in the settings file?
0 - dps, 1 - tank, 2 - heal?

After starting the bot you some times have to "Nudge" the bot with directional keys. Then make sure Click to Move is on. The current default routine should so fine for engineer if you are still having issues check out that thread for updated one. I have updated all the combat routines just finishing up stalker and already have gadget support.

Auto equip addon isn't around yet.

Quick question: Is there an SVN where your updates to the combat routines are located, or do they just come with Wildbuddy updates?
