[Suggestion] Wintergrasp Feature

Would basically work like this:

You tick a box in Honorbuddy to enable Wintergrasp.

As soon as Wintergrasp is about to start, Honorbuddy quits whatever he's doing (bgs, leveling etc) and go to the Wintergrasp Battleground Master and queues.

When WG is done, you go back to whatever you were doing.



I would love this.

But what if i was botting in lets say, Tanaris. Thats one hell of a journey to the WG battlemaster =/

I think the bigger concern is returning to what you were doing. When you join a BG queue, your character stays where it is in the world. When you go to WG, you have to queue in a major city, then are ported to a non-instanced zone in Northrend. So returning to where you were initially is no simple task.

Even if you were to take the portal or use the "Leave Wintergrasp" feature, you return to Dalaran or whever your hearthstone was set.

I think he is meaning for people that are within a certain distance to wintergrasp they go there before the battle starts to join or to the battlemaster in the main cities. If your in tanaris your not really wanting to go all the way to sign up for wintergrasp.

Yes, I think it would be more useful for GB than HB tbh.

GB is only for gathering so it would need to be HB, unless there was something written into Gb that launched hb to run wintergrasp profile for you then HB launched gb when wintergrasp was finished but that might be a lot of work.

No i mean so i don't have to leave WG when the battle starts. Although it would be useful in HB for honor but meh, I'm happy with battlegrounds.
