How about using a bugtracker system for the beta's?
Think it would give more overview for the devs and users.
For the devs that each bug has it's own page and description.
For the users that they can see that a bug report is taken into consideration, a bug is (being) fixed, or features added to a next release etc.
All this instead of atm 58 pages of which 20 are "awsome, great work", 20 are "wtf doesnt work, bugged, gtfo", and actually 5 pages with valid bugreports (that are complete, as in description AND logfile).
There is a bugtracker system that works inside vBulletin (Open source, free with valid vBulletin licence)

Have a look at it. I think it could make work cleaner for you guys.
