Making the "Caught" list sortable and combine it.
Sort by: Name, CP, when a pokemon was caught
Combining:
Group Pokemons of the same type together and indicate which ones were transferred.
For example:
3x Pidgey (176 [t], 285, 115 [t]) - where [t] means transferred
