Suggestion to gold selling sites, and server selection for grinding gold

I was playing with my friend in the older WoW server, and now I would rather like to earn some money off HB/GB, If anyone could kindly tell me which site is the best to sell gold as they will buy whatever you got?
Furthermore if anyone can tell me how to choose which server to grind on as the gold are higher price i would assume?

You have two questions: 1 will not be answered as it been asked thousands of times. And the second will neither for botters/sellers will not divulge their best server etc...

Do you homework mate and post when you have more precise answers .
