[Suggestion] Scoring non-primary stats on class-specific items

I've read through all the code in trinity, and noticed that Dex, Strength, and Int are scored the same for all item types. I would like to propose a slight change: Non-primary should be valued less on class specific items.

For example, a rare witch doctor helm with 150 strength, 80 vitality, 60 to all resists and a socket should be valued much less than the same rare witch doctor helm with 150 int instead of strength. As it stands, the strength is added into the item score. In reality, we know that strength on a witch doctor helm doesn't make the item more valuable, since only a witch doctor can use it. The same principle applies for all class-specific item types, such as monk helms, barbarian belts, demon hunter cloaks etc.

If I missed something in the code, please let me know. This is a feature that I thought would be nice, as I frequently see trinity picking class-specific items that are worthless because the wrong primary stat was rolled.
