Press Windows Key + Arrow up, or Windows Key + Arrow Left/Right,
Those are the "Maximize" or "Align window to left/right side of the screen" quick keys in windows 7, they usually work.
We should make this thread sticky, or someone should make F.A.Q. about well, FAQ's. All it recuires is dedicated member to do it. And/or if the FAQ is unofficial FAQ, not moderated by the official forum moderators, then the user to create that kind of thing should be someone that has extenssive knowledge about honorbuddy for a year or two, making FAQ can not be anyones responsible that is planing to quit wow + botting anywhere within a year or so.
Or maybe FAQ could be user moderated, with several dedicated users posting there. Reserwing their own little "one post" to edit every now and then if there is new question to be added, also they would use the "search" (Ctrl + F (not to be mistaken with forum "search" tool)) to see if that question is in the faq thread already. Wait a second, I need to search if there is already FAQ, would be foolish to plan to do one if there is already one.. ->
Edit 3?: Searching for FAQ gives answear: "The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search: FAQ"
I made this post in some other topic, but anyways. FAQ would be nice for the forums, but it recuires many users to contribute in it, just like wikipedia (or maybe the wiki is the answear for the whole faq problem, maybe make "F.A.Q" thread, but in that thread, people would be pointed towards the wiki for to search for the answear.)
"Why many users and not just some mod to do it?"
- Mod have their hands already full? Unless they would be dedicated to do so. But many users to contribute in one thread, would make it have extensive information about many things.
- In F.A.Q, you could do "Question blah blah?" and then after insert wiki link for the answear.
- F.A.Q is not suppose to be "Honorbuddy bibble", we have wiki for that.
- Mods could contribute to the F.A.Q if they feel like it, but dedicated users would be the main base to do so.
"Why name it F.A.Q instead of FAQ?"
- Forum search too doesnt give any answear to "FAQ" cos its 3 letter word, and the forum thinks "its too common" becose the word is so short. Instead naming it "F.A.Q", people could find the topic very easily, if its not made into sticky.
Also to note, FAQ shouldnt be created to advertise someones work when answearing questions like for example "Level human 1-60?" but to simply point out where in the forum that is located. Ok that question user should find on its own, and not belong to the faq in the first place becose if user cannot find something simple as that by using the the forum by themselves, then its quite pretty useless to add it to the faq becose that kind of user propably couldnt find the FAQ either.
Any tought about this subject? Discuss. =)
