Sudenly HB stopped working - clean install does not help

Hi after one of the restart's HB stop'd working (it glithes after getting started) iv done 2 clean instalations / unpackings from ZIP - and it does not give any working result. Untill now it was working perfectly....

completely restart your machine and make sure you dont have a firewall or something blocking port 5031

Thx CodenameG, but it did not help'd, i went to properities, unmarked

- launch as admin
- launch as Windows 7 compatible mode (dunno why it was switched on)

And it works now
