I bought a month long plan yesterday. Cant login because of tripware. Do I get an extend on my subscription time ?

Your key doesn't get used at all until you activate it. And yes they stated we will have compensation for downtime

Almost positive 10 days was announced by Echo today in Discord. I don't think there is anything on the forums but you can check the discord chat log to find out.
