Styx.Helpers.PvPsettings error

Suddenly HB stopped working at all. I haven't changed a thing. It says Styx>helpers.PvPSettings gave an exclusion. Here are screens. And of course after I press send report it gives an error, as usual. I wonder why Bossland has this error sending function for so many months, as it never worked, and still doesn't. Anyway, is there a way to get it fixed any time soon, because now HB is non operational.

Apparently I have two different characters on differrent servers with the same nick name. I think that's the couse of the problem. Could you please distinguish them somehow in the settings folder? Thanks.
