Styx.Helpers.PVPSettings error on HonorBuddy startup

Styx.Helpers.PVPSettings error

Im getting the following error message when launching HonorBuddy. Note: This is only happening on my desktop. HonorBuddy launches fine on my laptop. The wierd thing is that I have the bot installed in Dropbox, which should maintain 'global' settings.
