Styx error when running bot

After starting HB up and going Through the normal steps i get a error messages saying "The type initializer for 'Styx.helpers.uisettings' threw and exception.
Its getting to be very angering.

Delete your settings folder.
See if that helps.
Note you have to put your key in again

No luck. still resulted in the same error. ive re-installed it multiple times also. im at a loss.
