Stuttering while making plays

I've noticed the bot stuttering alot while moving cards, is this normal?

I do have the same problem. Turns are taking very long, because after every action the game stutters.

Edit: My PC is running Windows 10 64-bit, it says Win8 in the logfile

Yes, I use Kaspersky but I already whitelisted Hearthbuddy and Hearthstone. I also disabled Kaspersky completely for testing but the problem unfortunately persists.

Edit: Certainly for Hearthbuddy.exe instead of Honorbuddy

Yes, AMD Gaming Evolved and Razer Synapse but after closing them and everything else it still stutters. My CPU is also only at 16% and my RAM at 43%.
