Stupidity in friends.

I just had a friend of mine randomly message me asking about Honorbuddy...on wow...asking if it can farm rep for the Talbuk mount. I played it off and got on skype with them acting as if they had been listening to a friend and they the bot could get there account hacked. Was that the correct thing to do or am I looking at a swift temp ban? If anyone has any idea of how to play this off that would be great.

just play it off to him and tell him botting is bad but if u do get the hammer from blzzard and thay look into ur chat logs it wont look very good just play it off and move on never to talk about it again

Lol, ive talked ingame about honorbuddy countless times, doesnt matter what u say ingame, thats not the way they ban you.
