"Stupid" resolution for afk botting

1.I put busy instead of away, it never show afk agian.
2.Sometims I play D3 manually and put ?away? on my status to prevent friends text me. It will be counted as BOT?

would be stupid if they would ban based solely on you setting your status to away or busy while moving (i know legit players doing that), if i put away or busy on skype but i'm calling to someone , would skype ban me? just comparing sumthing.

Also it's more like that the message of being afk is not there when set to away/busy, but the program might still be able to tell if d3 is on the foreground or not. imo it shouldn't be that hard to keep foreground? I remember IB having that option months ago...
