Is it possible to make a routine cast - Lets say "Unbreakable Will" if you incapacitated or movement impaired?
How would that code look?

It already does that for most classes. There might be a few where no one remembered add the ability. Which class are you using? Which routine?

Unbreakable Will missing from or incorrectly coded for Darkness, Corruption, Lightning, Madness
