Stucked at loading profile

Hello folks! Can somebody plz help me with my bot! I did everything like it said in the instructions and my bot still gets stuck at loading profile!

the only thing that resolves this problem (for me anyway) is a clean install

try changing wow to dx9 mode, you can do this via your wow graphic options.
