Stuck Using Questing Profile from Buddy Store

used with few needs for intervention. Now when I try to run 96-98 Arak (alliance) buddy just stands there and says Loading Profile. cleared cached and reinstalled HB already. Other suggestions?

if you want to quest enyo isnt the way to do that.

clear your log folder, reproduce the issue and upload a new log.
