Stuck Updating from Buddy Store

Hi, my HonorBuddy won't fully connect/let me do anything. It sits and hangs while trying to load from the BuddyStore. See attached log.

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart
