stuck problem og bank

hi i am gathring with a tauren.
if bags full he should go ogrimmar bank and deposit items in guild bank.
he do it.
but if he want to leave the bank he get stucked, he get out of the bank want to fly in the air and stucked in the clothroof outside.

what can i do to fix it?

dondt know it it happens to other races
is there a way to fix it?

no its ok,Raphus is afk atm but i have it on my list
