Stuck only in town, right after port while switching next profile

Tried every variation of Atom/radsatom, giles old 1.6.3.3, new custom made .. 4 of them..
Tried multiple profiles, including ones without radsatom, and ones with it,
Also Unstuckme didn't work.

They all gave these numbers after the UNKNOWN -

They all run for a while, but they all stuck within 2 hours. Only help is the built-in DB inactivity time.
