Stuck on No Data

Hi, had a look at the logs and it seems as though there is a timeout to the auth server, how do i solve this? this is only on my main char, it does sometime happen on my other chars but not as much.

There's probably a firewall or antivirus blocking HB from downloading mesh

also make sure port 5031 is open
