Stuck on login. Then closes, another wow.exe appears in task manager, but nothing hap

Windows 10, 64bit Pro.

I have all the prereqs, should work. Its a fresh install.
Game is 32bit and dx9.

Unless theres somehow encrypted secret information in these .txt files, Notepad++ aint showing more than 12 lines.
