Cleared cache
Reinstalled(Fresh downloaad)
New folder and reinstalled with the zip files

same thing

Solved(Restarted modem) though tbh there was no indication that my internet would have been the problem since evething else was running fine as far as net but kind of feel dumb for not checking that first instead of going though all the other steps oh well
