Stuck on Logging "Logs included"

i cant log i just renew my aaccount in honorbuddy..

please help me out

Honorbuddy v2.5.14355.799 started.

i changed it from directX 11 to 9 and still not working

i did reinstall "removed the honorbuddy file" and install new one in new place
and it did work well.
