Stuck on logging in, only on some accounts

As the title says, im having problems logging on some accounts, 3 works fine, started them with HBRelog, but when i try to start a 4th one manually its stuck on Logging in, completely fresh install.

Added the account to HBRelog, and its now able to start, would still like to fix the manual start though.
