I deleted the Cache Folder and reinstalled a fresh HB and no luck,
only thing that works is to disable: BGFarmer - An Advanced Battleground/Ashran Bot Base

It's an issue with the way products are streamed to the Honorbuddy client, not the product itself. You can resolve it by deleting the following file:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Bossland\Honorbuddy\Cache.db
Only solution to that issue I've found is deleting the Honorbuddy "Cache.db" file.
It's something to do with the new authentication system in HB3 and how products are streamed to the HB client. It's not a bug with BGFarmer itself. Try deleting that Cache.db file again (while HB isn't running), and if that doesn't resolve it, you'll need to post in the Honorbuddy Support section.
