Stuck on flight path with dialog option

My profile gets stuck when it attempts to go back to Brill to turn in a quest.
This happens at Timothy Cunningham at the Bulwark. He has an extra dialog option to take a (free?) ride to Brill. The irony is that when i try to work around it with an InteractWith QB, the dialog gets opened but is still stuck. Both cases seems to enter a POI loop. Log included.
The bottom says Activity: Learning new Flight Path - POI: Type: fly, R: Update.

Is this a bug and is there any way around this?

make a run to this flight master before the quest that triggers the dialog option to appear. this will make the bot learn this taxi nod and not attempt to do it when the new dialog apperas.

Another way is to temporarily disable learning lfight paths via UserSettings CB
